The story of Cafesco began four generations ago in Concordia, Antioquia, when my grandfather planted his first coffee trees on a small piece of land. At that time, coffee was simply a way to support the family,.

Over the years, that knowledge was passed from generation to generation. My parents strengthened the coffee farm, improved our processes, built our wet mill and developed a committed team of people who continue working with us today.

My generation had a new determination: to open the doors of our origin to the world. That is why I traveled from Concordia to Italy without speaking Italian, without knowing the market and without commercial contacts, with the certainty that our coffee and my family’s work deserved to be known by people who value quality, history and origin.

That journey allowed me to meet people who taught me about the export business, and at a coffee fair I met the first roaster who believed in Cafesco. Together we completed our first export of 4,000 kilos of coffee, and years later we continue building a relationship based on trust, learning and mutual growth.

Today, Cafesco represents the determination of four generations: a Colombian origin with its own identity, where we combine tradition and knowledge to deliver consistent quality, traceability and commercial relationships built on trust.
